According to the call requirements the necessary condition of the RSF grant is the decision of MOST to fund Taiwanese research team conducting the joint research project.
The Foundation will announce the winners after the final agreement with the Taiwanese partner on the assessment of the proposals received from the Taiwanese research teams.
