After cross-checking the results of an independent peer-reviews by RSF and DFG the winning proposals have been identified in physics, mathematics and space sciences. The call was launched by the Russian Science Foundation (RSF) in cooperation with Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) in the summer of 2015.

More than 120 international scientific groups from Russia and Germany submitted their proposals. Peer-reviews were implemented by the Russian and by the German side independently. Based on the comparison of the review results, the best projects were selected that had been recommended for joint support by the expert communities in both countries.

14 research teams will get funding according to the review results. A large portion of the winning projects is related to the various areas of physics.

The size of a grant from RSF will be from 4 to 6 million rubles annually. The joint project is designed for 3 years and will start this summer.

The detailed information about the call and the list of winners are available in the "Calls of proposals" section.
