In total, projects led by leading scientists from 40 countries, including China, India, Iran, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the USA, Italy, France, etc., were submitted to the competition. Scientists representing the CIS countries, in particular Belarus and Kazakhstan, also applied for the competition.
