RSF and ANR approve funding for 5 collaborative projects

The Russian Science Foundation and Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR, French National Research Agency) announced 5 winners of their third joint call for proposals for the funding period 2022-2024 in the areas of physics, social sciences and humanities, COVID-19 pandemics.

The review of the projects was carried out by both Russian and French parties in parallel independently. The teams that were awarded obtained positive assessments from the reviewers in both countries.

The RSF grant will be 4-6 million Russian rubles annually for the period of 2022-2024.

The partners also plan to release the next joint RSF-ANR call later in October this year, for projects with funding period of FY 2023-2025.

Since 2018, 15 joint projects have been funded under the RSF-ANR cooperation.
