On July 15 in the course of the visit of the delegation of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) headed by Vice-President Mrs. Christine Mannhalter RSF signed cooperation agreement with FWF in the field of frontier research. The agreement facilitates conducting joint calls of proposals to support international cooperation in frontier research in all fields. The parties plan to launch the first joint call by the end of this year.
The principle of "two keys" will be used in the process of determining the winners, which means the winners are selected by the independent assessment of projects by the RSF and by the FWF, and parity in co-funding decisions.
