The proposals may be submitted until September 14 with the announcement of the winners as soon as in December this year.

The external review of the proposals is carried out by the parties independently. Only projects that have been highly assessed by the experts from both parties can be recommended for joint funding.

The size of one grant of the RSF is from 4 to 6 million rubles annually. DST provides similar funding to the Indian team contributing to the joint project.
