The great scientific challenges addressed by the scientists in our countries require the concentration of resources to meet the most important needs of society", commented the head of the Russian Science Foundation Alexander Khlunov regarding this new bilateral initiative. “We will focus our new funding program on promoting the highest research quality as well as on engaging more talented young researchers in both countries. I think that all this will be useful for the further advancement in research and technological development that are one of the most important components of the entire complex of the Russian-Belarusian strategic partnership".
